Millbrook Estate Winery creates hand crafted table wine from traditional Hunter Valley grape varieties and style. We also produce speciality wines such as fortified liqueurs, liqueur brandy, Lemonella® and Chilli Wine.

Very soon we will be releasing our
2006 Sparkling Chardonnay “Methode Champenoise”. We believe it is the only single vineyard estate grown, tirraged, cellared and disgorged sparkling wine in the Hunter Valley (most sparkling wine are factory tirraged and disgorged). Read about our New Releases.

Call to the winery and speak to the winemaker, you might be lucky enough to find John distilling brandy or disgorging /bottling sparkling wine and during vintage harversting, crushing and fermenting the grapes.

Millbrook Estate Distillery has just completed a new 110 litre stainless steel and copper still. Due to its design, it has the capacity to discriminate superb wine flavours for a pot still brandy of high quality.

"We are extending our range of excise products with the release of a sophisticated packaged Liqueur Brandy made from 20 year old product as well as a Ginger Liqueur,” said distiller/winemaker John Lyons.

Millbrook Estate is one of only a few brandy distillers left in Australia - most brandies are imported into Australia from France.
